Have Finally Got the Weather Station and the new place, although it is got in an ideal position it still gives reasonable readings.
I will have to move it to a better (Higher) location later once I get anything organised.

Took the Weather Station Down today as I will be moving to a new place.

Finally got the Lightening Detection hardware by Boltek StormTracker software by Astrogenic NexStorm the Boltek.
Still testing it and had some issues running under Window 2000. It appears to be working fine and I have to build a PVC house to storage the aerial in and find a place to mount it that would pickup things being switched on. ie. Lights, washing machines etc.

Davis 6163 Wireless Vantage Pro2+ w/Fan Aspirated Radiation Shield (FARS) has arrived and now to get it work and up on the house.
Being wireless is all good now I am not limited to where I can mount the Station as long as it is range with the receiver.

I have order from HobbyBoards.com some more sensors for the 1-Wire system.
Hopefully if anything goes right I will be able to monitor Solar, Humidity, Lightning, Leaf Wetness.
I also got Tim Bitson book Weather Toys, so I can learn a bit more about using the weather station and where to put the sensors for a better readings.

I got a 1-Wire weather station today and looking forward to monitoring what the weather is doing.
I am looking at upgrading it as it monitors Wind & Direction, Pressure (Barometer), Temperature and rain.
